Account information: if you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Discord, basic profile information (name, email, avatar) shared by that provider.

Content you submit: reviews you write about a prop firm, including any payout proof screenshots you upload, and any message you send us through our contact form.

Newsletter data: your email address if you subscribe to updates, and which page or popup you subscribed from.

Usage data: basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site secure and to understand how it's used in aggregate.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session — these are required for the site to function and are set by our authentication provider, Supabase.

We may use privacy-conscious analytics in the future to understand aggregate site usage (e.g. which pages are popular). Any such analytics would not be used to identify you personally, and we do not sell data collected through cookies to advertisers.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.

To operate your account, display your submitted reviews, and let you manage your profile.

To send you the newsletter and updates you signed up for — you can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in that email.

To respond to messages sent through our contact form.

To monitor for fraud, abuse, and fake reviews, and to keep the platform secure.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication (including Google and Discord sign-in). Supabase processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.

Brevo — sends our newsletter and transactional emails (like a welcome email after you subscribe).

Vercel — hosts the FundedFirms.co website and application.

When you click through to a prop trading firm from our site, you leave FundedFirms.co and that firm's own privacy policy applies to any information you give them — we do not control or receive your data from that transaction.

We retain account and review data for as long as your account is active, and contact form messages for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and keep a support record. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (handled by Supabase, we never see your plaintext password), and row-level access controls on our database — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California).

To exercise any of these rights — including deleting your account, removing a review you submitted, or unsubscribing from all communications — contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

FundedFirms.co is intended for adults evaluating trading services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this privacy policy as our practices or applicable laws change. We'll update the "Last updated" date below when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
