Why We Built This

After 2 years working as a Partner Manager at a major prop firm, I watched traders get burned by outdated reviews, pay-to-rank listing sites, and firms that quietly changed their rules without anyone noticing.

The comparison sites that exist today — Prop Firm Match, The Trusted Prop — are built by marketers, not industry insiders. They rank firms based on affiliate commissions, not data. Rules changes go unnoticed for months. Fake reviews slip through. Traders lose money.

FundedFirms.co is my answer to that. A data-driven, automated, insider-built platform where rankings are earned — not bought.

Our Scoring Methodology

Each firm is scored from 0–10 using a weighted model across 8 dimensions:

Payout Reliability (25%)
How consistently and quickly firms pay traders, based on verified data.
Rule Fairness (20%)
Drawdown policies, consistency rules, and how trader-friendly the evaluation is.
Profit Split (15%)
The percentage traders keep, factoring in scaling potential.
Fee Value (15%)
Challenge fee relative to max funding and quality of the firm.
Platform Quality (10%)
Availability of professional platforms like MT4, MT5, NinjaTrader.
Support Quality (5%)
Response time, dispute resolution, and trader communication.
Longevity & Trust (5%)
How long the firm has been operating and its track record.
Community Reputation (5%)
Trustpilot ratings, Reddit sentiment, and verified trader feedback.
No Pay-to-Rank
Firms cannot pay to appear higher in our rankings. Period.
Automated Tracking
Rule changes and payout data are tracked programmatically, not manually.
Transparent Scores
Our scoring formula is published openly. No black box rankings.
Verified Reviews
Trader reviews require payout proof before being published.
